Membership Administrative Services Role

This role focuses on supporting the organization in its membership administrative services, collaborating with members as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process applications for membership admission, withdrawals, and billing for subscription payments
  • Provide regular reports on membership statistics and event-related information

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of a relevant diploma or degree and 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and minute-taking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Prior experience in organizing events, including online events, would be advantageous
