We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager, Membership Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations and be able to oversee staff performance appraisal.
About This Role- This is a contract position that requires the ability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the service/tourism and/or integrated resorts industry.
The Assistant Manager, Membership Operations will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Mandating membership operations on a daily basis.
- Covering membership operations as MEC IC if needed due to manpower shortages.
- Overseeing monthly roster and ensuring sufficient manpower deployment for daily operations, especially during peak periods.
- Recruiting part-time or contract staff for peak days and periods, including interns.
- SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP FT / Contract staff performance appraisal.
- Assisting in HR-related matters for operations team members.
- Conducting refresher training sessions for new and existing staff periodically.
- Assisting and conducting onsite and online UAT for new PLUs.
- Acting as first verifier in verifying Online Refund Requests.
- Upholding Membership Operation SOPs and recommending changes if required.
- Investigating feedbacks from members/guests received onsite and online pertaining to Membership Operations and staff service deliverance.
- Communicating new membership initiatives and promotions to Membership Operations team through Administrative Instructions or emails.
- Handling onsite requests/enquiries (e.g., Extension of caretaker voucher, Conversion to annual membership, etc.).
- Generating ideas for enhancing member or guest experience at Membership & Experiences centres.
- Preparing monthly OT records for checking and updating Overtime records in AAS for approval.
- Preparing and submitting Return/ Void & Service Recovery Report monthly and quarterly for review.
- Preparing monthly Feedback reports for review.
- Attending promotions/campaigns AI briefings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in service/tourism and/or integrated resorts industry.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Dynamic team player with positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, customer-oriented, and meticulous.
- Customer service/Guest experience/Contact centre experience advantageous.
- Thrives in fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Galaxy, and CRM+ system.
- Willing to travel to different locations.
- Able to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
