Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at its wildlife reserve in Singapore. As an Assistant Manager, Membership Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless experiences for members and guests.

  • Oversee daily membership operations, covering key duties such as staffing, roster management, and customer service delivery.
  • Recruit part-time or contract staff for peak periods and ensure sufficient manpower deployment.
  • Support the performance appraisal of membership team members, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
