Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our enterprise solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.

You will manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing. This includes understanding client business processes and pain points to recommend suitable enterprise modules and solutions.

Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses professionally and accurately.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.

Update and manage CRM systems with sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Stay updated on enterprise industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years sales experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (finance, supply chain, HR, CRM).
  • Skilled in solution/consultative selling and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, prospect, and build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings.
