Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner
About the Role:
The Strategic HR Business Partner will play a vital role in driving the organization's HR Transformation initiative. The incumbent will contribute to innovation and continuous improvement through effective collaboration and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a strong employer brand.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, while maintaining compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive environment by serving as the main point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring consistency and effectiveness, while developing and monitoring individual and team performance improvement plans.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills, ensuring employees are equipped to meet current and future business needs.
  • Organize leadership training and succession planning initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and continued growth within the organization.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies, updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage compensation structures, payroll, and benefits administration, conducting market benchmarking to ensure competitive salary packages.
  • Monitor workforce trends and recommend proactive adjustments to staffing or processes to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • HR Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform decisions on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
