The Role:
We seek an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business growth in APAC. The ideal candidate thrives in competitive settings, excels at understanding complex products and industries, and effectively communicates with diverse teams and clients.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, collaborating closely with internal teams to onboard clients, influencing our product roadmap, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Be a trusted consultant and advisor to external parties, enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain points and buying needs.
- Become an expert on our product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Act as a partner to our product team and the voice of the market to help inform product priorities.
- Learn our unique value proposition and convincingly communicate our strengths.
- Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately.
The Team:
Our Marketing and CS teams work closely with you to bring clients on board and ensure they receive excellent service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling to large enterprise clients in the employer health benefits space.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Experience working with consulting firms who support employers' evaluations of new benefits.
- Outstanding communication and closing skills.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and compliance.
- Licensed to practice in Singapore or eligible for local licensure.
