to enhance our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore. Your primary focus will be on the upkeep of non-process area buildings and facilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Facilities Supervisor to uphold asset integrity, ensuring safe and reliable operations while achieving optimal asset performance and availability. You will also liaise with various departments regarding the performance and enhancement of buildings and facilities. Oversee all necessary site requirements (Main, West, and South) for permanent and temporary facilities and infrastructure needs (e.g., offices, storage, vehicle or crane parking, laydown areas, etc.), ensuring safe and optimized layouts while adhering to all regulatory standards. Maintain effective site layout and traffic flow (both pedestrian and vehicular).
Directly supervise and ensure safe, quality, and effective execution of all facility management activities (planned, unplanned, mandatory/statutory, routine, or ad-hoc), ensuring compliance with relevant requirements, rules, regulations, specifications, codes, and standards.
Liaise with relevant authorities for all civil, building, structural, infrastructure, roads, and grounds matters, with support from professional engineers or qualified persons as necessary.
Embrace recognized and generally accepted engineering practices as a foundation for activities, guided by established codes, standards, technical reports, or similar documents.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Coordinator to maintain high-quality as-built documentation and related process safety information.
Review performance metrics and relevant maintenance information in CMMS for trend analysis, highlighting issues for performance and breakdown assessments.
Identify and address issues affecting safety, quality, availability, or capacity, analyzing and recommending actions.
Lead the development of ideas and suggestions into actionable plans to enhance building facility asset integrity, efficiency, and productivity. Key qualifications for success in this role Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building/Estate Management, or Facility Management. Minimum five years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, civil, and building maintenance in a coordinator or supervisory capacity. Proficient in building, structural, infrastructural, roads, grounds maintenance/inspection, fire protection systems, and site facilities management, with up-to-date knowledge of current industry best practices in safety, maintenance, and engineering. Strong technical knowledge in building, structural, and architectural works. Knowledge of building defects rectification. Proficient in root-cause analysis. Familiarity with CMMS SAP, IFS, etc., plant maintenance, and material/inventory management. Additional strengths we value
