Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, update, and coordinate all corrective and preventive maintenance programs for office equipment, furnishings, lighting, telecommunication systems, air conditioning, and audiovisual (AV) systems, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections and initial troubleshooting to determine the root cause of issues, collaborating with contractors and service providers to implement corrective actions that minimize disruptions to office operations.
- Manage office room arrangements by addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints, as well as handling administrative tasks related to room setups.
- Facilitate the opening, setup, and takedown of office and training rooms, including seating arrangements, operable wall adjustments, and equipment placements.
- Prepare logistical arrangements for internal events, which may involve relocating chairs, tables, carpets, and other items from various office levels or storage areas.
- Source and evaluate vendor and contractor quotes to ensure maintenance and repair work is performed in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of all facilities, accessories, and equipment within the office.
- Address stakeholder feedback and inquiries promptly, providing timely updates on follow-up actions.
- Compile and submit periodic reports and daily work schedules in a timely manner.
- Undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITE qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar fields.
- Experience in mixed-development operations (office and training rooms) is preferred. Basic troubleshooting skills for AV systems are advantageous.
- Must be physically fit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and overtime as required.

Additional Information
- 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturday work from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
