- Provide regular updates on sales forecasts and backlog management.
- Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes.
- Engage in strategic sales planning initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies.
- Prepare accurate quotations and manage order processing.
- Analyze product pricing strategies to remain competitive.
- Monitor market trends, including client and competitor activities.
- Deliver monthly performance reports to management.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
