Job Title: Planning Manager


">Key Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Develop, maintain and update project master programmes and baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.">
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables align with the project plan.">
  • Monitor and track project progress against approved schedules and provide regular progress reports.">
  • Conduct delay analysis and provide recommendations for Extension of Time (EOT) submissions when necessary.">
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.">
  • Identify potential risks or delays, propose mitigation measures, and highlight impacts on cost and timeline.">
  • Support feasibility studies by preparing preliminary schedules and resource allocations.">
  • Ensure project planning complies with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company policies.">

  • ">
  • A degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent.">
  • Minimum 2 years of planning experience in main-construction projects.">
  • Proficient in project planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).">
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in critical path analysis, resource planning, and EOT claims.">
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.">

">Benefits:This role offers a salary range of $8000-$9000 per annum and is based in Kaki Bukit. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, and Saturday, 8am-12pm.

">About the Role:We are seeking an experienced planning manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of planning experience in main-construction projects. They must be proficient in project planning software and have strong analytical skills. Good communication and coordination skills are also essential for this role. The position is based in Kaki Bukit and offers a competitive salary range of $8000-$9000 per annum.
