Ensure adherence to project-specific planning standards, Work Breakdown Structure, and coding systems. Establish the project baseline schedule and monitor progress against key milestones. Track actual performance and update forecasts based on progress trends. Analyze schedule variances, determine root causes, and support the development of mitigation plans. Monitor the critical path, float consumption, and potential delays to identify and flag schedule risks proactively. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules. Provide schedule-related input for client meetings, internal reviews, and project management decisions. Collaborate with the project controls team to align planning with cost control and risk management functions. Serve as the central point of contact for planning coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure seamless alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction deliverables. Manage planning interfaces with client-side planners to maintain transparency in schedule reporting. Identify and document schedule impacts resulting from changes, delays, or disruptions. Support Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for change orders and Extension of Time (EOT) claims in coordination with contract and legal teams. Utilize advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based systems for schedule development, analysis, and reporting. Maintain planning databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of schedule data. Ensure all planning activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and recognized industry standards (e.g., AACEI, PMI). Promote planning and scheduling best practices throughout the project team. Promote planning and scheduling best practices throughout the project team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Lead Planner role on large-scale EPC projects. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, and planning / reporting tools. Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles, contract schedules, and planning methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
