Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our organization seeks an experienced Architectural Executive to oversee the delivery of our projects within the built environment.

  • Conduct Feasibility Studies, Concept/Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing of projects.
  • Project Management and Contract Administration of projects.
  • Coordinate and present all matters relating to architectural design and development processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Competent Designer with creative design thinking, excellent design detailing skills and BIM proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Sketch-up, V-Ray Render, BIM (ArchiCAD), and 3D modeling.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment.
  • Possession of a Master or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a local university or one accredited by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
  • A proactive and cheerful team player capable of independent work.
