Senior Architectural Leader

The role of a Senior Architectural Executive involves overseeing and leading project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initial design through to final construction handover.
  • Evaluate team workflows and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of new projects.
  • Review and refine architectural drawings and BIM models, including model creation, submission sets, detailed layouts, clash detection, construction documentation, and as-built records.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent accreditation, minimum 5 years' experience in an architectural role, and a proven track record in managing projects from conceptual design to construction completion.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/ Enscape.
  • Experience in both private and public residential developments in Singapore is preferred.
