Architectural Leader

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural detailed designs, tender drawings sets, and construction drawings sets required for submission, tender, and construction. They will also produce authority submission drawings and documents such as technical requirements, fire codes, green mark, and build ability score calculation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare architectural detailed designs, tender drawings sets, and construction drawings sets.
  • Produce authority submission drawings and documents.
  • Submit drawings and documents to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
Requirements:
  • Recognized ITE/NTC or Diploma in Architecture.
  • Intermediate level with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Autocad, AutoDesk Revit Architecture.
  • Experienced with BIM would be an advantage.
  • Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and familiarity with prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities' submission procedures.
  • Experienced in site co-ordination works.
  • Able to work independently.
