Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled System Architect to join our team as a Chief Technology Officer.

This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the overall system architecture, ensuring it meets business requirements and aligns with enterprise standards.

  • Lead the design and development of system architecture to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery and ensure architectural integrity.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term architecture strategy for IT project portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in system architecture role.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development.
  • Possess deep understanding of insurance domain with expertise in life/health, advisory distribution business.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
