Senior Architectural Leader

This role oversees project teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively while meeting client expectations.

  • Oversight of project teams ensures timely delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Multitasking and simultaneous management of multiple projects from conceptual design through final completion.
  • Optimization of team workflows aligns with organizational best practices, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cultivation of strong professional relationships with stakeholders fosters long-term collaboration.
  • Contribution to business development efforts and new project acquisition.
  • Supervision of project documentation creation and refinement, including BIM models, technical drawings, authority submissions, and construction/as-built drawings.
  • Regulatory body coordination for approvals ensures compliance under senior guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or professional accreditation from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in residential projects is advantageous, particularly in the local context.
