**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced sheet metal project manager to lead end-to-end sheet metal fabrication projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost control across all stages of production.

  • Manage sheet metal fabrication projects from quotation to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and ensure manufacturability.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate product quality by coordinating with QA/QC and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Optimize cost, material usage, and production efficiency without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced processes such as surface treatments, laser cutting, and bending.

**Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Possess a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Hold at least 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or mechanical project management.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of metalworking processes like laser cutting, bending, welding, and surface finishing.
  • Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus for client and supplier communication.
