**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage sheet metal fabrication projects from quotation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and ensure manufacturability.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and technical requirements.
- Ensure product quality by coordinating with QA/QC and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Optimize cost, material usage, and production efficiency without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced processes (e.g., surface treatments, laser cutting).
- Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and manage project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or mechanical project management.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, and surface finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred (for client and supplier communication).
