We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead sheet metal fabrication projects from start to finish. As a key member of our project team, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and cost control across all stages of production.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of sheet metal fabrication projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review technical drawings and ensure manufacturability.
- Develop and implement project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, and technical requirements.
- Ensure product quality by coordinating with QA/QC and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Optimize cost, material usage, and production efficiency without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless outsourcing processes.
- Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and manage project documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or mechanical project management.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, and surface finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred for client and supplier communication.
