Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform documentation checks to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Engage with customers in person, via telecommunication, or email
  • Maintain accurate records and process loan applications efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in the moneylending industry
Requirements:
  • N-Level or above (no prior experience in the moneylending industry required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 off day
  • Numerate and meticulous in handling documentation
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google services
  • Basic knowledge of computing
  • Diligent, responsible, and a strong team player
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Basic Salary: $2,500 (increment to $2,800 after 3 months upon confirmation)
