Senior Credit Administration Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Credit Administration professional to support the end-to-end loan processing workflow. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and administration of credit documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and underwrite loan documentation submitted by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Perform thorough due diligence to confirm completeness and accuracy of all borrower documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including system updates, documentation tracking, and contracts generation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal) to follow up on missing or incomplete documents and facilitate contract execution.
  • Monitor and track documentation status to support timely disbursement of loan facilities.
  • Assist in system data entry, reporting, and the preparation of internal summaries or checklists as required.
  • Support during internal/external audit processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or other equivalent courses.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience. Relevant background is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) for handling documentation and agreements submitted in Chinese and liaising with the China office.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills for senior roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
