Bank Officer

- Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and repayment ability.
- Analyze credit data, financial statements, and other relevant information to assess risk.
- Present loan options and terms to clients, clearly explaining products and services.
- Guide applicants through the loan process from application to closing.
- Ensure all loan documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Submit applications to credit analysts and underwriters for final evaluation.
- Follow up with clients and other involved parties to ensure timely loan processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Stay current on lending regulations, market trends, and financial products.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer service goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Knowledge of relevant banking and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
