Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Quality Coordination: Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programs, ensuring seamless execution and effective outcomes.
  • Quality Models and Standards: Identify and collaborate on quality models, standards, audits, and risk management activities, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Committee Support: Provide support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and conduct root cause analysis, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders/partners, fostering strong relationships and collaborative environments.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and safety data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Administrative Support: Draft meeting minutes and maintain/update organizational communication materials, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
