Data Compliance Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of AML data and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML project execution, data management, and regulatory compliance.
The position requires a professional with excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, as well as strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support AML-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Perform detailed data mapping, data lineage analysis, and data management across all AML processes.
- Document business and technical requirements for AML data and detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AML solutions.
- Coordinate tasks and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and project timelines.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve AML data quality and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in AML projects, preferably within financial institutions.
