Job Title: Compliance Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and developing effective risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze complex data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to stay informed about changing regulations and guidelines.
  • Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in regulatory compliance, preferably with experience in the payments industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CAMS or CCO.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on risk management and analysis.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and relevant compliance software.
