At IPPUDO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production and quality control of our food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production of noodles, soup, gyoza, and other food products to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Supervise the washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, steaming, boiling, frying, and deep-frying of foodstuffs to ensure food safety and quality.
- Manage the packaging of food products and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Rotate and date stock to ensure proper quality is maintained and reduce waste.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Train and lead other staff members in Central Kitchen operations, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.
- Monitor and control the quality of food products, including soup and noodles, to meet company standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Pleasant personality and good work ethics.
- Ability to work on Saturdays and flexible with working hours.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
