**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Kitchen Administrative Assistant to join our team at BACHMANN JAPANESE RESTAURANT PTE LTD. As a Central Kitchen Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Central Kitchen daily operation and coordinate work with Outlets and Central Kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide general administrative support to Central Kitchen daily operation

• Coordinate work with Outlets and Central Kitchen

• Use WMS system to perform picking, receiving, and stock take

• Key daily invoice

• Maintain proper filing

• Stock-take

• Handle incoming and outgoing goods

• Perform stock-related duties, including receiving, picking, packing, and labelling

**Requirements:**

• Positive working attitude

• PC literate

• Independent and able to work in a team

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
