Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for significant advertisers in the Greater China region, fostering and enhancing relationships with senior stakeholders of Pinterest's sales partners.
  • Formulate and execute acquisition and retention strategies that yield measurable outcomes for Pinterest's direct advertisers.
  • Establish scalable processes and strategies to boost revenue while empowering the team to function effectively at scale.
  • Meet revenue objectives through meticulous planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and future projections.
  • Provide timely updates on the progress of initiatives to stakeholders across various time zones.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally and cross-functionally to cultivate strong partnerships with peers and internal teams, including product, sales operations, and marketing.
  • Organize and engage in local Pinterest marketing events, representing Pinterest's business interests.
  • Inspire and develop sales talent in collaboration with the Vendor, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee the relationship with Pinterest's vendor partner.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership, with a focus on managing enterprise advertisers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the export advertising landscape in the Greater China market, with experience engaging with advertisers and sales partners in the region.
  • A data-driven approach with proven capabilities in leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • A strong history of motivating and inspiring team members.
  • Expertise in process and operations management, with insights on scaling businesses effectively.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Experience with outsourced vendors and Agencies/Resellers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • A BA/BS degree is required.
