
Senior Compensation Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role will be based in Singapore and will involve working closely with business leaders and HR partners to shape and execute high-impact compensation programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will possess expertise in integrating multiple data sources, creating comprehensive reports, and delivering insightful presentations.
The successful candidate will work on various projects, including conducting analysis on compensation data, identifying trends and benchmarking job evaluations. They will also perform pay equity analyses, execute evaluations and role classification reviews, and review salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines.
In addition, the Compensation Analyst will support global annual comp reviews, participate in APAC Mercer compensation surveys, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to attract and retain top talent through thoughtful compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct analysis on compensation data and identify trends
