Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist/Assistant Manager to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial matters, including payroll processing, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-payroll, payroll, and post-payroll activities, including employee data management, government claims, and payroll payments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
- Support the development of the team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day Payroll operations.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll-related matters.
- Act as a contact point for institutional Finance and HR staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in a finance function or financial shared service center, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Prior exposure to Payroll processes and software in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Experience in SuccessFactors and SAP HRIS systems preferred.
