We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant/Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payment processing and reconciliation, invoice management, and other accounting-related tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Payment Processing: Prepare and post credit card payments to the Property Management Systems, prepare and charge Virtual Credit Card payments from Online Travel Agencies through the Electronic Data Capture machine or VCC Red Dot portal, and post and reconcile VCC and Red Dot payments into the OC and S4 systems
* Invoice Management: Manage invoices and receipts, including creation, issuance, monitoring, and communication, prepare credit notes as required, and process and apply payments to invoices via various modes of payment
* Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and enquiries

Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Accounting/LCCI/ACCA equivalent
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience
* Meticulous with an eye for details
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management and solution-oriented skills
