**About the Role**
As part of our expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join our Singapore team.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Payment Operations team in generating transactions.
- Monitor and maintain the Lightnet Singapore ledger.
- Fulfil requests from the Payment Operations Manager.
- Evaluate Singapore Payment Operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose solutions to address identified gaps.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Previous experience in Banking & Finance or related fields, particularly in fund remittance, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in task management and tracking.
