The MAC Support Specialist will provide technical support to our enterprise customers, ensuring seamless operation of Apple MAC devices. This role involves troubleshooting, fault resolution, and escalation, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to issue escalation related to Apple MAC OS devices, including laptops and desktops.
  • Provide fault resolution and escalation at levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices in IT and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Promptly submit service reports and routine maintenance reports.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with on-site deployment, debugging, and customer support.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve systematically.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Possess the right attitude to learn and execute with a sense of urgency.
  • 3-8 years of experience in relevant MAC and system support.
  • Managed enterprise customer with over 100 MAC user environment.
  • Well-trained in Microsoft M365 services, with a focus on Intune implementation.

Technical Competencies:

  • Technical scope (back-end) with strong MAC setup and debugging.
  • Automated logging, usage report generation, and bug reporting.

Education:

  • ITE/Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology preferred but not essential.
  • Senior candidates looking for a new career role are welcome to apply.
  • Other technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, MAC, etc.) will be advantageous.
