Job Title:
Business Development Liaison
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and working collaboratively with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 'A' level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent
- Minimum 13 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries
- Able to work with interdepartment members to support customer requests or requirements
- Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision, and adaptable to changes in priorities and approaches in fast-paced environments
- Perform other administrative jobs (e.g data entry, updating customers database)
- Good communication and coordinating skills
