Job Summary:

As a Client Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, supporting strategic planning, and executing projects and campaigns to deliver exceptional results. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as daily point of contact for assigned clients and internal departments.
  • Understand client objectives, industry, and challenges to provide relevant support and solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of client campaigns or projects from briefing to completion.
  • Track progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts in collaboration with the senior team.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation handling, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and project progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a similar role.
