Job Title: Landscape Supervisor cum Driver

We are seeking an experienced landscape supervisor to oversee daily landscaping operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective manpower deployment strategies to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manpower Planning: Develop and implement effective manpower deployment strategies to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Landscape Maintenance: Ensure all landscape maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule and to the required standard.
  • Pest and Disease Control: Identify and prevent infestations of pests and diseases on trees and plants.
  • Daily Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of gardeners in their maintenance jobs, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Secondary education with Certificate in Landscape Operations preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in landscaping.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, independent problem-solving skills, good safety knowledge, and proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Licence: Must have Class 3 licence.
