Job Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily and monthly schedules for our team
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Liaise with the landscape maintenance team to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Monitor sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Review job sites to ensure quality and adherence to contract deliverables
Requirements
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other software relevant to the role
  • Dynamic and willing to travel within Singapore
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related field
  • Knowledge of Tamil language (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
