Job Title: Assistant Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work tasks are completed on time, handling client questions, identifying symptoms, pests, and diseases, improving growing conditions, managing landscape maintenance works, organizing work orders, planning and ensuring safety regulations are followed, reviewing plant health, soil, water, and other environmental conditions, and reviewing sites according to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure work tasks are completed on time.
  2. Handle client questions on the landscape project.
  3. Identify symptoms, pests, and diseases.
  4. Improve growing conditions using proper nutrient fertilizers and soil mix.
  5. Manage landscape maintenance works.
  6. Organize work orders with the ground crew.
  7. Plan and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  8. Review plant health, soil, water, and other environmental conditions.
  9. Review sites according to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Chinese.
