Landscape Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscape projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating landscape maintenance works, supervising a team of ground crew members, monitoring and identifying potential issues, and developing plans to improve growing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance works ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise a team of ground crew members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and identify potential issues such as pests, diseases, and environmental concerns.
- Develop and implement plans to improve growing conditions using proper nutrient fertilizers and soil mixes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site reviews and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture or arboriculture preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
