Job Title: Housing Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Operations Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of worker dormitories and company-rented condos. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (MOM, NEA, SCDF) in all aspects of housing management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with regulations related to housing and dormitories is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining tenancy agreements, handling utility setups, and conducting regular property inspections
  • Overseeing room allocations, occupancy, and check-in/out processes
  • Supervising maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams
  • Coordinating with vendors for repairs and services
  • Acting as main point of contact for landlords, agents, and expatriates
  • Tracking and addressing property issues and incidents
  • Enforcing housing rules and addressing resident concerns
  • Handling emergency maintenance and supporting ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with regulations related to housing and dormitories
