Career Opportunity: CRM Support Specialist

Overview of Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in the Asia Pacific region. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement new systems, and enhance existing processes.

You will be working on:

  • Providing system support according to the business units' SLA of Asia Pacific region;
  • Developing and implementing new applications, including Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud;
  • Participating in implementation/enhancement projects to plan, coordinate, and liaise with users on system requirement gathering, solutioning, design & documentation;

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing function support and system development for CRM;
  • Technical support and system development includes but not limited to developing new or modifying existing applications;
  • Providing deployment to test and production;
  • Performing production support and system analysis/troubleshooting, and work with vendors for escalated production issues or change requests;

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT related fields;
  • 1-2 years' experience operating an IT shared service for regional MNC environment;
  • 1-2 years application development and full SDLC experience in Sales Cloud and integration with in-house systems experience by Informatica or CPQ relevant experience;
  • 1-2 years implementation background in lead & implementer roles (5 full cycle) or strong support background in the same context;
