Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Systems Executive to spearhead the development and implementation of our CRM systems, driving business growth through effective management and strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external vendors to design and implement UI/UX improvements and features that enhance user experience.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for optimization and improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in CRM and loyalty programs, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to strengthen app performance, adoption, and retention, driving long-term success.
Operations and Troubleshooting:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for app-related issues, troubleshooting and coordinating solutions with vendors to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to resolve complex issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Campaign Management:
  • Support setup, testing, and execution of marketing and CRM campaigns within the app, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generating timely reports and actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and sales trends within the app, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to support business growth initiatives, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM systems management and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Confident working with CRM platforms, with expertise in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for solving problems and improving processes, excellent communication skills to bridge marketing needs with technical solutions.
