Job Title: Bank Operations Specialist

Join us for a challenging role in bank operations, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • View, test, and verify spoolfiles, including the enveloping process.
  • Coordinate the sign-off process of revised font types with statement owners.
  • Support coordination efforts for updating and confirming bank applications and pre-printed forms.
  • Migrate and transfer old cost centers to newly introduced ones for multiple arrangements.
  • Manage bankwide Iron Mountain user IDs and carton management.
  • Coordinate Kumpulan General Stationery Portal user IDs and delivery locations.
  • Update cost centers in SingPost Mailroom Maybank address databases for postage chargebacks.
  • Update cost centers in Toppan location address records for return mail processing.
  • Amend cost centers on Business Unit envelopes.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
