Job Title: Senior Commerce Solutions SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Commerce professional to provide advanced support, performance optimization, and root cause analysis for enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced support for Commerce, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability and high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Support clients on cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure) and recommend improvements.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commerce architecture and implementation is also required. In addition, strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and REST APIs is necessary. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning is also a must. Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is essential. Excellent client-facing communication, analytical, and documentation skills are required.About the Role:This role requires a global thinker who can work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.
