We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team in Insurance Portfolio Expansion. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth and building a career in the finance industry.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand our insurance portfolio across corporate and individual segments. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that matter.
You will work with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
- Conduct client needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions accordingly to support financial advisors
- Pitch products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance based on individual clients' needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies
- Serve as a trusted partner, address client concerns and provide proactive relationship management between clients and sales teams
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on business growth strategies and financial management through product launches
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to inform strategy
- Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in business or finance
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's insurance regulations (MAS guideline) and product landscape
- Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
