Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth and building a career in the finance industry.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand our insurance portfolio across corporate and individual segments. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that matter.

You will work with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
  • Conducting client needs analysis and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly to support financial advisors
  • Pitching products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance based on individual clients' needs
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies
  • Serving as a trusted partner, addressing client concerns and providing proactive relationship management between clients and sales teams
  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients on business growth strategies and financial management through product launches
  • Tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to inform strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in business or finance
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore's insurance regulations (MAS guideline) and product landscape
  • Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
