The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the client's premises, property, and personnel, while representing Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating 24/7 coverage to deliver core function security responsibilities at both sites
  • Providing expert advice on access management, alarm management, incident management, life safety, and risk management

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Operations Response Lead will also be expected to:

  • Support facility and risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate facility risks
  • Implement team training and drilling initiatives to drive and reinforce core competency capabilities
  • Work with Security Management to identify core function process, performance, and productivity gains

As a critical member of the Pinkerton team, the Operations Response Lead will have a significant impact on the success of our clients and the company as a whole.
