About This Role

This is a challenging position that involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, modification, and replacement of AirCon Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Mechanical Systems. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that outsourced maintenance agents perform according to prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in engineering services, functions, and maintenance activities.

  • Performance oversight of outsourced maintenance teams to ensure good maintenance standards are maintained and planned PM schedules are met.
  • Audit and monitor performance standards of outsourced maintenance services by specialist vendors and service providers for critical systems vital to operations.
  • Prepare technical specifications and drawings for system improvements and draft cost estimates and work schedules for project planning and implementation.
About Your Background

We are seeking candidates with a minimum degree in Facilities Management or equivalent certifications. Experience with ACMV is an added advantage. Additionally, we require candidates who can start work immediately or within a short notice.
