Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Aftersales Support Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a strong background in customer service, data analysis, and project management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction by leveraging data insights to maximize upselling opportunities, supporting marketing and procurement initiatives, and leading projects that improve operational efficiency and brand experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with principals (BMW Asia and BMW Motorrad) to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that drive retention, throughput, and revenue.
  3. Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
  4. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance against contractual obligations.
  5. Manage feedback channels (Voice-of-Customer surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  6. Assist in aftersales procurement projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  7. Develop and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs such as parts purchase targets, Group financial targets, customer retention etc.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (automotive or aftersales preferred).
  • Fresh graduate with data analytics background will be considered.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
