Job Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in optimizing equipment availability, reliability, and safety through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of repair and maintenance tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective servicing strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Recommend proactive equipment overhaul to prevent disruption to operations and propose efficient rectification methods.
  • Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance on troubleshooting, rectification, and re-activation of equipment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
  • Enforce robust safety protocols, practices, and good housekeeping standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications such as NITEC/Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle/ Mechatronic or Diesel Mechanic are essential.
  • Desirable experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic & Pneumatic fields.
  • A minimum LTA Class 3 driving license is mandatory.
